Who’s eligible to receive vaccines?
High-quality, free vaccines and well-child care are available
for infants and children up to age 18. Participants must have 
no health insurance or have New Jersey Family Care A.

What do I need to bring?
Please bring your updated immunization record with you at your appointment. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
