NJ FamilyCare is a federal and state funded health insurance program created to help qualified New Jersey residents of any age access to affordable health insurance. NJ FamilyCare is for people who do not have employer insurance.

Adult Immunization Program

You Never Outgrow Vaccines

You Never Outgrow Vaccines Vaccines are very effective in preventing disease and high costs associated with vaccine-preventable infections, including

  • Pneumococcal diseases(Pneumovax): given at ages 65 or older or 18 yrs and older with asthma.
  • Tetanus/diptheria/pertussis(Tdap): given at ages 11-64 yrs.
  •  Meningococcal disease:given at ages 11-18 yrs.
  • HPV (Gardasil):given at ages 9-26 yrs.

Eligibility: Vaccines are provided for residents who do not have health insurance.
